2011 Guest Player Registration/Team Check-In 

• Will be held Friday, July 8. All teams should attend with player passes to have them checked with your tournament roster. You MUST bring your player passes.
• MEETING DETAILS: Friday, July 8 from 7-9 p.m. at Fredericksburg Field House (Directions)
  
• If you have changes or additions to your roster, they must be done at this time. There will be NO changes or additions allowed on Saturday or Sunday.
• ALL local teams must attend Friday's meeting. If you are not sure whether you are considered a "local" team, contact the Tournament Director.
• Out-of-Area teams with little or no changes may pre-arrange changes before this meeting with agreement of the Tournament Director and Registrar. They must contact the Tournament Director in order to arrange any player passes being made for players that need them. These teams may then Check-in (check passes against tournament roster) on Saturday morning, at least one hour prior to their first game.
